Calligrame (Ricardo Sepulveda)      In my calligram, I sought to explore the profound connection between art, meditation, and peace. This piece is a personal journey through the landscape of my own consciousness, a visual representation of the tranquility that I have discovered within, and I want to keep discovering in the future. The forms and patterns I have created invite the viewer to contemplate the different expressions of peace and tranquility, including the work "patience" which is the key to stay at my highest level. To create my work, I started using the Pen tool for the human figure, and the other birds. I used shapes such as circles, ovals, and rectangles. I used the Paintbrush tool to draw the owl. Hi everyone, my name is Ricardo Sepulveda. I am from Santiago de Chile. I am 23 years old, and I am a senior here in UT. I am also playing soccer here in the university, which is the sports that I do since I was 6 years old. Soccer has given me unforgettable memories such as being part of my national team U15 and U17, winning championships, and making friends all around the world. However, when you feel so much love for something or someone there are going to be tough moments that you need to get through. I had an injury in 2017 and I had to be off the field for 7 months. During moments like this I believe is when you learn the most about life.
